Empty rooms don't show as well, it's a fact.
The Process
- Contact us for a home staging quote, you can send us pictures or we can come out and view the property. We'll create an individualized staging proposal. If only sending us photos, we'll need to view the property before staging day so we bring the perfect home decor items with the correct proportions.
- Schedule a staging day! We require a $500 deposit to hold your staging day, if you need to change the date please allow two weeks notice.
- Our team will bring in all the items needed and work our magic!
- We require a two week notice for removal or items.
Pricing: We provide a complimentary quote. Extra design services are $125hr.
Our minimum for vacant staging is $3,200, price may go up based on items needed for the home.
