In-Person Listing Consultation
- Set up a time for us to come out. Our visit together takes about an hour.
- We'll start by taking photos of every space inside and out.
- We'll create a room by room list of recommendations to help your home sell quickly and profitably.
- We'll offer items to enhance your current setup to help your home standout above the competition.
- Once we have a staging confirmation, we will schedule a day to transform your home.
Virtual Option
- You'll take photos of your rooms, from each corner of the room and email them to us.
- We'll have an hour phone consultation where we are looking at the photos together.
- We'll write up a room-room list of recommendations to help your home sell quickly and profitably.
