Kristi Birch - Owner
Hello, I’m Kristi Birch. I stage, design, Feng Shui, de-clutter, and extreme bargain hunt for just the right touches to energize your space–and your life!
Transforming homes for a quick and profitable sale is great fun for me. I love seeing the end results. “Home Staging” for real-life living is also one of my passions because I believe that our surroundings are a metaphor for how we live our life. Whether I’m staging for real-life living or to sell a home, my goal is to create a space that emanates energy and inspires joyful, intentioned living–bringing you closer to your hopes and dreams.
When I am not energizing spaces, I enjoy being with our children, bike trips with my husband, Bob, meditating through yoga, and playing tennis with good friends. I don’t take myself (or others) too seriously and consider laughter to be one of life's greatest gifts.
Lauren Farrell - Lead Stager & Stylist
Hi, I’m Lauren. I joined Energizing Spaces in 2016
and love being part of the transformational process that takes
place with each home we stage. Recently, I completed the
Home Staging Studio Education Program and received my
Staging Design Professional Certification.
My background is in hospitality and events with a degree in Communications from the University of Maryland. This training has helped me juggle the multiple details of staging and design.
As an artist, I find joy in choosing the right colors to enhance each individual space. As an organizer and prior owner of an organizing business, I’m able to break down tasks to help sellers prepare their home for listing.
When I am not staging, I love being with our young children and my husband, Ryan. We appreciate Maryland and exploring all it has to offer. I’m a big fan of furniture and love creating and flipping unique pieces out of yard sale and thrift store finds.
